It was actually completely fine. We stayed in the first floor, so I was afraid of noise but windows seems to have good isolation. Rooms on upper floors didn't seem worth the price, there was almost no view anyway. There is loud live music downstairs in the evenings but they shut down at 10pm so it's fine. Restaurant upstairs has surprisingly good food and nice view. It's close to everything. Great coffee shops in 50m radius (one is 10m away).

Very nice hotel at Labuhan Bajo, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and polite. Someday i will stay again in this hotel. Hotel location just right in town, only 5-10 minute walk to harbour, nice to walk along the road from this hotel to anywhere. The roof top resto served with very nice food and reasonable price. The one surprised me is the town consider very clean, beatiful, nice and polite people and i did not see any beggar, nice to stay in this hotel and Labuhan Bajo. Love Labuhan Bajo so much

Excellent location. Close to the harbour and right opposite of a number of dive centres / trip operators Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Room is cozy and really cute decor. Comfy bed and everything is clean, neat & tidy. Amazing sunset on the rooftop, great food selection and reasonable prices. Many commented on the noise level but it was fine for me - the live band next door stops at 10pm. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, will definitely stay here next time if I’m back again

The hotel is well located on the main street. We didn’t mind the noise from the street as we expected it could be more noisy due to the position of the hotel. The downside is that the room door has no proper insulation so you can hear stuff talking early in the morning which is annoying if you want to sleep longer. The cleanliness is something it could be worked on. The toilet, bath and sink need proper cleaning since the yellow/brown stances could be removed with proper cleaning. The toothbrush is not provided. The rooftop and restaurant are great, as well as the firendliness of the stuff.

The rooms are clean and the location is good but we had the odd experience of being charged 15 USD for a cleaning fee because of a small chocolate stain on our pillow case. They pulled up a photo they had taken of the pillow case (which felt very creepy) and then pointed to the waiver you sign at the beginning of your stay.. on the waiver they list charging for “period blood” stains, which is so awful. For the price you pay for the hotel, this was very strange. I would not come back.
