We stayed here for 3 nights. Room is fine. Good heating as it was Jan when we stayed and we needed that heat. Shower was good. Room was cleaned everyday and towels changed. Beds comfy. Duvet a bit thin but fine. Had a Thai massage from Edna who was lovely. The hamam and sauna looked great.

Quite a decent hotel.I stayed here for one day with my friends. Rooms are more then decent. Hotel is quiet and calm. Breakfast laks diversity, but I would say its decent having in mind that its not expensive.

So , we visited this hotel in October 2022 from London . First of all, the hotel decoration looks nice but the staff were horrible . Specially the guy behind the reception. The other staffs were okay though. The receptionist was very rude and the way he behaved with his guests was unacceptable. We had some food in our room so we asked them if we could use their microwave oven , they said it’s broken ! How can their oven be broken and how were they serving breakfast if it was broken . Next was swimming pool. When they were advertising the hotel they said it was open . But upon arrival we saw they didn’t even bother to heat up the pool. Probably because they didn’t want to clean it . The water was freezing cold in the pool that was very disappointing. How can a hotel be 4 star with this horrendous service ! Don’t book this hotel even if you get a good deal try to find something else . Ps. Right now we are in Istanbul and staying in Artika hotel next to Grand bazar . The staff here are amazing so is the hotel . Book this one instead you won’t regret .
