I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The lobby and rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Unfortunately, during my stay, none of the facilities were open, which was disappointing. The location, with heavy traffic in front and ongoing construction behind, may not be ideal for those who prefer walking. However, I must note that the room was surprisingly quiet. Although there were language challenges, the staff was friendly and provided good service. On the downside, the food prices within the hotel were relatively high compared to options in the city. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located, approximately a 10-minute walk to the metro station. Thank you for the overall positive experience.

I ve had a bad experience to this hotel . In the morning i go to have my breakfast, in the time i ve eating the manager come and tell me to leave the table because he got some invite some turkish people in the restaurant . I was very shock about what he done it . I don t recommend at all . They trying to Put extra charges as well in ur bill so be careful

I want to thank cihat varol he is friendly helpful professional, & speak English very well; my baggage lost in airport he called them almost for 2 hours and got my bags at the hotel! Thank you cihat varol & and the guy at front desk enes ceten, nice & helpful thank you. Nice hotel in Istanbul 💯%.
