Excellent location sourunded by all stores and restaurants we needed. There is no complementary coffee and tea, rooms are not big .

My family booked a room at Heart Of Vienna for just two days. They were supposed to arrive in May 2020 for their holiday from the United States. However, due to the corona crisis, they were not able to come to Vienna and stay at the hotel. They were really looking forward to their trip, but had to cancel all their vacation plans because of border closures and the high risk of contracting the deadly virus. All other hotels have fully refunded them, even if the bookings were initially non-refundable. Except this hotel. After endless calls and emails, they are still withholding the money and are refusing to understand and accept the current circumstances. People are losing their jobs worldwide and are fighting for their last pennies to survive the pandemic. The crisis has negatively affected my family as well, by reducing their usual income. So, the $250 they are fighting for are very significant in the present situation. All I want to do with this 'review' is for the management of Heart of Vienna to really hear us out and just be decent people by refunding my family for the stay that never happened. Thank you.

Air conditioning promised but didn't work, dirty bathroom, hole in the sheet. Sold to us as a self-contained apartment but it was just a hotel room with a shared kitchen. Halfway through the week we went to a hotel.
