Has a lot of positives and would stay there again although very rude customer service. The pub near there is like leaving in a sports arena.

I stayed here last year with mum ans sister, the accommodation was nice and tidy, the carpet in the sitting room is a bad idea, they didn't hoover them, so much dust under them. Over the weekend is the worst time to be there,parties every weekend and too much noise, the curtains are very light, street light shown the whole night,heavier curtains might be good idea,the receptionist and the security was very good. The area is very safe. I would stay again if only the rooms didn't have those horrible rugs.

If you are thinking of booking your stay with height twisters you should reconsider. I had very bad experience especially with the office staff and specifically one lady named Louise. I paid for two nights stay at 70 USD (7000 KSHS) and didn't receive any room service. I called the ladies in the office severally and they kept on telling me that they don't do room service for less than 3 nights yet I had PAID!! NO TISSUES NOR SOAP was brought to my room since I checked in till checking out!!!!!

The apartments are at a very convenient location next to Trm. Security perfect. Room clean up was being done I think every other day, ok with that. The carpet in the sitting area dirty. We happened to lose our elevator card which we were supposed to pay 5000 shillings to get another one, at this point they had our refundable 5000 so we requested to be given another card so that they could keep the 5000 but we were told it’s not possible. Come the day we were supposed to leave, late to the airport the watchman had no idea we were leaving so he held us by the gate for like 45 minutes asking for the elevator card. We tried to explain there is 5 k that we were supposed to get but in this case it’s paying for the card , he could not understand. There is this care taker who was no where to be found , the management was not picking calls. Was a real horrible experience. Improve on your coordination, the carpet should be vacuumed at least before a new tenant gets in.
