We are just checking out of the room and I can't wait to share this with others. We went as a family with a 3 year old. The hotel is located at a busy place - just across the Patong walking street, but still felt calm and safe. The staff were especially sweet, caring and spent extra time with my son every day, making him happy. The room was small but good. I loved our 4 day stay here. And did I mention that their food is great? They are! 😊

Good staff ad great location just a few minutes walk from everything, relatively quiet. There is some building works going on in buildings around the hotel (Oct 2018) but this was never particularly bothersome. The pool on the roof is minuscule and there is very little shade but its a welcome break from the beach. If I was to go to Patong again, I would stay here.

Only stayed here one single night in Nov 2019 and it was a "relocation" from my original booking at their Silk branded hotel due to unavailable rooms, flooded during a recent storm. Got free bfast from it but I never wake up on time so not exactly a good way to make up for the change. TL;DR: an ok stay for a single night. But I'd rather book elsewhere if I have the option or need to be around for longer. Pros: - location: great place, 5 min walk from Bangla road. In a back street so also noise is mostly not an issue. - internet: good speed and latency. WiFi available for both 2.4 and 5GHz devices. - lift: there is one! Small and slow but it does the job. Cons: - bathroom: very small and cramped but the worst is that it was flooding completely all the way to the bedroom even despite paying special care not to use too much water. My friends staying here also experienced the exact same. - cleanliness: upon check in I noticed that the floor was not very clean. Nothing too gross but definitely could have been better. Also found several stains on the bed sheets. I'd rather not inquire about it. The bathroom was clean though. Mehs: - rooms: standard sized rooms. No usable desk and somewhat limited furniture. - not many power sockets: had to unplug a lamp to charge my devices. - staff: they were responsive and generally ok. A little more positive attitude would have helped.

This hotel is well-placed for a person that is looking to experience the night life that Phuket offers thanks to the proximity to Bangla Road. There are several online tour guides that operate in the area. The hotel offers adequate daily breakfast at its restaurant and the rooms offer acceptable accommodation for the prices that are named. The rooftop pool was thoroughly enjoyable.
