Unfortunately I not take any pictures of our room. But I can say the room was good and nice. The location nearby airport, and walkable to nearby station. The view is direct to the sea. They provide complete amenities except water, you must buy from vending machine by your self. The breakfast was good with many options. Good choice for one night stay after arrived of before leave Osaka. I am sorry I have to say the check in and check out process little bit difficult. Maybe because I stayed with group.

One of the highlights of our entire trip was our stay at Henn Na Hotel! Rooms were so comfortable with high quality linens. Also pristine and they even provide bathrobes for the ultimate onsen experience! The onsen is connected to the hotel, with beautiful views of the sea! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back! We stayed in the theatre room which was equipped with a projector screen!

The good: nice comfortable rooms, fairly easy walking distance to rinku-town station (though less so with small children), funky robots at check in, tasty food at the restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner The bad: no extra pillows/bedding - we travelled with 2 adults & 2 children, the room was 2x single beds with only 2x pillows for us all & reception staff said no to our request for extra pillows & bedding (futon next bed could be folded out to another bed). There is no shuttle bus service to the airport despite info on the booking site saying there was, this was very disappointing as I had booked the hotel for this reason.

We had a morning flight and this location was perfect for that, being a 10 minute walk from the station that takes you straight to the airport in one train stop. We didn’t have any major issues. The view from the room is beautiful. Automatic checking in and out with fun robots, comfortable beds and free use of beautiful bathhouse overlooking the sea (upon paying a small bath fee). Leaving one star away as the only staff member that we came across was not so nice to us. We were queuing before some other people and they were given the QR code to enter the bathhouse earlier than us.
