Great room. But needs some attention to details. €25 "Special Cleaning fee" per dog, for any number of nights, isn't the worst I've encountered, but my dogs are less messy than most children! And €50 was more than 30% of my room cost - for ZERO Special Cleaning. Shouldn't hotels grow up and see that allowing pets is a plus for owners, so attracts business; instead of penalising us. Oh, in other 4* hotels they provide a dog bed, bowls, treats, so the extra cost at least feels......

We stayed for 3 nights. Location one stop on tram from station. Breakfast which we had was beyond good, it had everything you could imagine. The robots were very entertaining. However: The decor is very tired. The towels had seen better days, and despite me raising this issue and told house keeping had been contacted I heard nothing. Even when towels were changed quality was poor. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were impossible to use in the shower, unfortunately did not find this out until using them. However when reported to reception they clearly knew about it but did not say so at check in. Considering the cost and how Raddison rates itself I would expect better. We have used it before elsewhere and it was second to none. The website suggested we got complimentary coffee/tea but this did not happen. Disappointing

This is a typical but very pleasant, clean and efficient ‘euro’ hotel. The location, right by the centre of the city is all a traveler could ask. I would rather there was an indoor parking but that may be fussy as I am with an open top car.

Not a good experience The staff at the reception told me that breakfast was not included in my booking and at check out they told me it is. So I basically paid for breakfast that I never had. Super unwilling to accommodate as well. Zero on hospitality, highly not recommended. Have communicated to everyone in my company to not book Radisson for their business trips again.
