We had reserved a room in this hotel for 21 days and paid in full. Arriving at 4 days we had the family emergency. we were forced to end our stay. explain the situation to the manager of this hotel so that he could reimburse but unfortunately he refused to reimburse us our $700 American. another thing, the photos they put on their page do not reflect reality. the bed was not in good condition, the small fridge does not work. the room too small. location is good, cleaning: good. I cannot recommend anyone in this hotel

-There is no elevator in 5th floor, so if your room is on 5th, since the elevator goes up to 4th floor, you have to take the stairs from 4th. - The room smelled bad and was a bit damp. A very small window that did not allow air to circulate. - Breakfast was good but the lounge was small or perhaps not well appointed. We had to sit at a small table for two even though we were 3. - Although it was mentioned that there wouldn't be any payment in advanced and we should pay the whole amount to the hotel once arrived, the first night was already paid from my credit card and when I asked, they said this is the rule ! - As for cleanliness, stains on the utensils were visible. - And finally, I wanted to book a taxi to Airport, one of receptionniste told me 900 TRY and the other 1100 TRY... - BTW, I had my credit card hacked and consequently, I had to replace it with a new one. The next day, the hotel simply wrote to me that they haven't sent you a message! but already too late!

Very quiet and nice hotel. Mohammad is very polite and helpful person. Its bargain price for this area and hotel quality If you sensitive to noise during night, this area very quiet and very close to taksim. 15 min walk.

I enjoyed my experience with this hotel. The location is near Taksim square and it will not be easy to reach the hotel if you have too many bags and suitcases, but it was worth for me. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and high quality, and the time for serving breakfast was good. Rooms were also clean and full of light which I liked so much.
