Great for business trips. Looks great, colonial styled and pleasant to watch, amazingly maintained. The rooms are comfortable, private and cozy. Downside: Internet is limited to 2 devices and it's not suitable to work from the room. Recommended if you're working on-site in Makati and seeking an economical stay option.

Don't expect any good views from this hotel. But this hotel has a nostalgic theme, located near a lot of nostalgic bars and clubs (not to worry they are a building away, you won't be affected by the noise), it is located in the center to many tourist, not consider near but you can take grab about 200-300peso. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast(except for the waffles).

I loved the art deco interiors! Easy check-in and easy checkout. Good breakfast choices (my personal choice: Continental). Staff were responsive. Clean room, no cockroaches (like in some budget hotels). Good value for money. Quiet place in a quiet location, but near some bars for expats. Smack right between the Makati CBD and Rockwell.

Service was okay. Staff here were friendly and helpful. It was at an okay location if you are familiar with the area but if you are a tourist, getting in the hotel might be quite a challenge when in a vehicle. It is located in the middle of Poblacion Makati. The room we had was just okay. You can hear the noise from the outside. The matress was too firm. It was difficult to find sleep and each bed just had one pillow. The aircon was just a small window type, trying hard to cool the room. I think the ac is not ideal for the room size as it is quite spacious. Major issue was the soap. I came here thinking I did not need to bring soap with me because it is pretty standard for a hotel to have one. I rang in the reception to request for soap but it took a very long while only to find out that the hotel was out of soap. I was given shampoo instead of a soap. 🙄 Breakfast was included. You have to choose a breakfast plate. It was okay.
