Great hotel, great facilities and amenities, large rooms, great service and great food. Then why star less? Location! Not near the MRT or BRT map. Sometimes, tough to explain to taxi drivers for the location. I found the solution to ask for their business card on arrival and show it to taxi driver and bingo, easy to reach. They have instructions in Thai for taxi drivers on the card. However, it is away from the city centre. I booked a standard room and they provided suite at no extra cost. It had a small kitchen with standard size Refrigerator, Microwave, sink and some cutlery, Desk and chair for work as well as dining table and chairs and sofa for guests separately, Shower and bath tub both, office jobs (Print, photocopy etc) was available at reasonable price along with conferencing facility. Breakfast was great and there was samosa on one of the day!!! The kitchen facility helped me to manage food being on strict vegetarian diet with limited options. Great value for money.

Hi Residence is a modern and luxurious hotel, with a very good price to quality ratio. I was lucky to get a deluxe room (basically an apartment) on an offer and paid a very convenient rate for my stay. The atmosphere, decor and overall service made me wonder how is it possible that this isn't a 4-star hotel. On the downside, the location isn't exactly the best one you can find in Bangkok: the entrance literally faces a highway ramp and there isn't any kind of service or facilily (except the omnipresent 7-Eleven) within a 8-900m radius, so not exactly pleasant to explore.

Rooms are good quality. Big and clean. Shower is okay. A/C in my room was not super fresh and had a hint of tobacco. Bed very comfortable. Even the toilet seat had a highway view. But the receptionists are unprofessionally impolite. Still a good choice for Bangkok as the taxis are cheap and a moto without Grab app is 20B to Rama9 MRT.

Booked this hotel for my Test and Go via Agoda. Communication leading up to my arrival and during my stay was excellent via email and WhatsApp. The entire process from arrival to check out was efficient and as expected. PCR test result came back within 12 hours of test. Room (915) was fine. Only issue was air con that was always too cold no matter what settings I tried, and the air comes out right over the desk/table area so working or eating there gets cold quickly. Overall definitely recommended for the Test and Go package.

We're staying in the junior corner suite for our 15 night quarantine and we're currently on day 8. The staff are great, the food selection is good, the room is big and the bed is comfy. I'd recommend it to anyone that has to do a quarantine stay in Bangkok 👍 For food I recommend you try the holy basil, green curry and carbonara (better than Italian restaurants in Australia?!).
