We got included taxi from the airport to the hotel. The instructions to the get access to the hotel was easy to understand/follow. The staff was nice. The hotel was located in the center of the city and we had easy access to the metro and shopping-streets. The room was nice, but the bed was just ok in comfort. Some small stains on the sheets. Everything else was good. Had a nice stay.

Spent 9 days in Hi Relais rooms in Napoli (Via Toledo). Really happy with the location, the staff and the over all experience! The wife and I spent 9 days in Napoli for our holidays this year. The trip was quite a special one and there are other things we did that affects the ending score from this hotel. First off: via Toledo is a busy road, due to this there is always Trafic coming and going so the area is always quite noisy. The upside is the amazing amount of food options, cafés and bars as well as restaurants line the entire road and when you're done eating you have a wide array of shops to choose from. The hotel did a good job of dealing with all of that noice tho and as such we could sleep well every night. It's not 100% quiet but the low amount of noise is entirely okay with me and I'm a light sleeper. The room was always well kept, the staff was super friendly and met our needs perfectly. I got in touch with them about a week before our stay and they managed to fix an amazing wake-up breakfast for my wife, confirm the booking of a table at quite a nice restaurant, get us travel instructions to and from Capri as well as Pompeii and the local airport. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about their dedication or friendliness, that part of the stay was top notch! The elevator up to the rooms is a bit small though but it can fit 2-3 grown people or up to 400Kg so as long as you don't plan on getting a new dining room table or a sofa on your trip, I guess you'll be good :) Included are some images taken around the hotel. I'd strongly recommend this place for someone who wants the real Napoli together with good local dining, lots of beautiful history and good bars to wind down at in the evenings.

They are perfectly located in the Old Town of Naples. Very clean inside - staff is friendly. We also enjoy their breakfast, which is delivered at your door, the next morning.. We will in future make use of them again. There are many restaurants options around the accommodation.
