The rooms were outstanding. I really loved the outdoor onsen. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel lobby and bar were like walking into a dream. There were 2 things that were not a 5 star experience: 1) Ski rental inside the hotel took 45 minutes with 2 people helping a long line of guests. They also ran out of powder skis, and we had fresh powder. Niseko is famous for its powder. People come here for the powder. How can you not have skis for powder? 2) The hotel does not operate a private shuttle, but rather relies on the public bus. That means walking out from the hotel to an unsheltered bus stop and making multiple stops at other hotels to go to Hirafu or Hanazono.

We love this hotel and the area. It is a very special place. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The room is well appointed, spotless, and relaxing. However, what really makes it great are the people. The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are warm, work hard, and have become friends. We highly recommend.

We came to Niseko for family summer vacation, stayed here for 5 nights, and everyone was left with a remarkable memory and smile on their face at the end. The location of this hotel is not easily accessible without vehicle, but that's one of my personal favorites. The area is typically crowded during winter ski season, but it is much quieter during summer, and there are still a lot of activities to do in this season. The staff, needless to say, delivered subtle heart-warming services to our family, even surprised me with a small birthday celebration. I want to express my gratitude to Antonio, Wilson, Romany, Bochua, Ryoka, Oh, and all other team members at the hotel who made our stay extra memorable. I will definitely come back again.

One of best hotels I have ever experienced!! We enjoyed every moments of the stay, it was very unique, the room is amazingly great, every staff here are helpful and friendly. Food is also delicious. We had dinner and breakfast, love how the chef used the ingredients so well. Two picks of the night: the scallop dish - the cheese risotto is so crispy and very creative; the Yoichi flounder dish - this combination is perfect to me!! Highly recommend to every visitors in Niseko👍🏻
