A very good hotel in Niseko. The room is big and very comfortable, with all the amenities provided for the stay. It has a village-like area for shopping and dining. The hot spring is very cozy and relaxing. Ski area is good for kids and beginners. There are lifts and gondola rides to the mountain. And the view from up there is breathtaking.

So glad the tour agency chose Hilton Niseko for our stay even though it was just for 1 night. The hotel lobby was so welcoming with the Christmas vibes. Spacious lounge to chill out with a drink. The ski terrain is just outside. Room was great. We got a room view of the ski terrain. But just that we always get corner rooms. Comfy beds, with bath tub. Feels so comfortable here. They have hot spring facility too. Buffet dinner spread was delicious and the staff were friendly and they aren't just japanese but also from other countries to serve international visitors. We top up additional for a Japanese sake which was good, spicy taste not too overwhelming. Breakfast spread was good as well. Had a good time sledding the next morning after breakfast. Really a good experience for the 1st time staying at Hilton.

Not near good restaurants. Poor transportation to other resorts and Hirafu. The restaurant for late night served us food that probably had been under a heat lamp for 4 hours. Although there are perks to the ski in/out there are numerous better places to stay.

Great hotel for ski in ski out. Very convenient with ski valet (go early to avoid lines). Gondola is literally right outside the hotel. Special mention of Tom in the concierge, went above and beyond to help us several times! Absolute legend. Restaurants in the hotel could use some improvements, but several good options in Niseko-yo (right next to Hilton), really recommend Moka. We ate there twice and received great service and food.
