Old building but clean, large room. The staff is very kind. Jus 100 meter from beach road and central pattaya.

The room is OK. There is no breakfast here even if it says so on the booking page! The fitness room is small and the equipment asbach very old and partly in very bad condition. Training is not really possible! You can't do laundry here, nor can you borrow an iron! If the price was around 33 euros I would book the room again! I'm only here to sleep.
