Best value amongst the few luxury projects in JVC, a real premium resort kind of property, as Zaya Hameni tower is one of the best buildings with the best amenities in JVC area. By far the best looking hotel-grade pool. Best equipped gym in JVC as well. Lobby looks amazing with coffee shop. Very bright units with all glass windows. Higher floors have 360 deg downtown/Marina views. Studios here are much larger than average and the building has 3 bhk units with maid room, with huge balconies, which seem harder to find in the area. Besides there are some floors which have very high ceiling, which is usually not available.

The building is finished now with a super premium outlook. It has an excellent location, there's park in front and the back, so no building will come up, and one always will have a view . Studios are gigantic with 605 Sq ft area which is big from Dubai standards. There's sizeable balconies in all the apartments. I would highly recommend for living as well as investment now. There's a bus stop right next to the building. The parks both in front and back are well maintained. There's a chill out place called "Five Hotel" which is 5 mins walk away.

Construction is everywhere now on the side of the park, which starts at 6.30 in the morning and is extremely noisy despite window isolation. “Dog-friendly” building which turned some tenants life into nightmare with dogs barking non-stop. And finally up to 9th floor you can hear loud sounds from rubber joints poorly attached in the parking areas that cars drive over. Have been complaining to security about this with no results.
