I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with DAMAC and its sister company, STAYCAE. Beware before considering any contracts with them. DAMAC initially lured me into a contract with STAYCAE, promising to secure the market price or higher for my property. Regrettably, this turned out to be nothing but empty assurances. Over the course of more than two years, I struggled to secure even the basic service changes for my unit. This prolonged ordeal resulted in a significant waste of time and substantial financial losses. Despite terminating my contract over a year and a half ago, the nightmare continues. STAYCAE has failed to provide me with the DCTM Cancellation form, leaving me in a state of financial disaster. It appears that they are holding my property hostage for their own benefit. This has been an extremely frustrating and regrettable journey, and I strongly caution others against taking this route with DAMAC and STAYCAE. The lack of transparency, unfulfilled promises, and the ongoing financial repercussions make it clear that dealing with this company is a total disaster. I hope this review serves as a warning to others, and I sincerely wish for a resolution to my situation.

I've had an utter misfortune to stay at Staycae Celestia Vacation Homes at the end of November 2023 when I was in Dubai for work. Be careful while researching this place - they have several developments, the photos and map searches are misleading. The place that I was booked in is in the middle of nowhere in the desert, with no access to infrastructure or transport. It took me over 2 hours to check in, they charged me 1000AED deposit which I am still waiting to get back. The flat had no wifi, no gas, and by morning all electric lights stopped working. That is for almost $200 a night! I have made repeated attempts to contact the management but nobody would return my calls or messages. Staff at reception would shrug and say they are not responsible, they have been shockingly unhelpful throughout. I collected my things in complete darkness and moved out. For your safety, sanity and self respect, I advise very strongly against having anything to do with this company and the dubious 'services' they pretend to offer.

its really a very disappointment for me as I have to follow up for my AED1000 (Security deposit)every day. It does not make sense to me that i paid through card so i will get paid refund after 14 working days, like seriously? does it make sense.. when its about collecting the payment or exact time to do check out then he team of staycae is hyper active they give calls, notify us a day before check out, and flipping to other side when client ask for their refund then they only give dates. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Seeing this attitude unlikely i will suggest stay-cae to others. I got a wonderful BRM Mr. Aqil because of him i choose staycae, he is wonderful at his work but sorry for company policies. VERY BAD
