I love this place. The security management of this place is very good, I don't think anyone will just run into it. The house I rented this time is also very clean. Although I heard that the building is 25 years old, it is generally well maintained. Of course it will look a bit worn out. The whole community is also very clean. Next to the beach and shopping malls, very convenient. If you stay in a room facing the beach, the view is really nice, you can see the island and the ferris wheel. The festival can also see beautiful fireworks over the sea. The hot water here is not very hot, so even though there is a bathtub in the bathroom, it is still difficult to have hot enough water to take a bath.

I rented a large apartment from them on the 12th floor Apartment features: - Its location is excellent as you go to JBR - The apartment is large and clean. It has a hall, a dining table, and a balcony. It has 3 bedrooms and a maid’s room, in addition to 3 bathrooms + an additional bathroom for the maid. - Kitchen equipped with all appliances, washing machine only, no dryer. Drying will be on the balcony - There is Wi-Fi and two free parking spaces Disadvantages: - The bedrooms do not have windows for ventilation, the existing windows are only for viewing - The bathrooms do not have windows, and one of the two doors of the bathroom that serves the hall was dilapidated, so the smell was coming into the hall. - Unfortunately, the kitchen smells even though we do not use it They gave us only one key, and we are 6 people. When I asked them to give me an additional key, they said they would give us one, but unfortunately they were withdrawn. - There is no sound insulation. You can hear everyone's voice, even fireworks
