The place is ok. In my opinion overpriced for what you get . It’s not bad but it’s not as good as it’s shown in the picture . No gym or sauna. The bed was not the most comfortable. Location is good. I wouldn’t stay here again - the price / quality relation doesn’t match.

Wonderful hotel, staff where amazing and were happy to help with anything we needed. Rooms are very spacious. I would recommend a stay here to anyone in Vienna.

Everything good though the bed was too hard. Not a soft feeling mattress at all. We didn't try the breakfast. Thought it was a little too expensive. We had a Croissant and coffee at the Belvedere which was nice.

This was an incredible hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff right at the start. The room was exceedingly comfortable AND quiet. I spent one night with better sleep than I have at home! Also, the hotel was very close to the opera house and a concert hall to allow me to stay late watching performances and not worry about a long commute afterwards. It felt very safe to walk home at night (it is right near the Intercontinental Hotel and not far from Ritz Carlton.)

The room was ok, but from the first moment I had the feeling the staff wanted to try to get more money from me with extra costs for checkin, trying to sell me upgrades and not informing us about the (very expensive) breakfast that we needed to pay afterwards. The overall treatment was very poor and impersonal, also the location is central, but not really a nice corner/street in vienna. Especially since they charge a lot for a mediocre breakfast without informing us, I would certainly not recommend to stay here. There is much nicer options for the same amount with better treatment.
