This was a wonderful experience, two remarks: super friendly staff and variety of food for breakfast. All the staff was super friendly and always smiling, greeting at all times. Breakfast was wonderful specially a lot of fruit variety. Luckily for me, our room had a balcony so we could enjoy a bit more of Lisboa. Also great gesture with the welcome drink! I will be definitely coming back, and recommend anyone to choose this hotel!!

Thank you so much for a great stay in Lisbon. This is a really great boutique hotel, rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Best of all; any member of staff that I met were extremely friendly and helpful, even replacing the hairdryer by the end of breakfast. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the wide variety of food on offer. Particularly enjoyed having oat and soya milk available. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Hope to return.

I would have given 5* As the hotel is very cute, boutique style, Decor is a bit dark, but unique. The rooftop bar is nice, unless it’s windy, then it’s closed. Breakfast Room is downstairs, beautifully done and the food selection is awesome, very impressive to have the roles and croissants in baskets put on a hot platter. The stuff are all very polite and helpful, I have taken one * because of that bitter taste I took with me when I left The hotel and this is important that the Hotel general manager will read: About 3x4 feet floor tiles at the front door have been removed and replaced by a rug, The problem is that the rug is too thin and The space is too deep, and that created about an inch high step that you can’t see because The floor and the rug are dark and about the same shade, so you cant notice that little step and every time you come in and out your trip over it. The day I left, Saturday 11/11, I tripped over it and twisted my foot, The receptionist commented with a smile that it happens all the time…. And to my (mad) question, he said yes, he did report this to management many times. Well, The next day my foot was swollen and hurt badly. I’m here visiting from The US, for two weeks Already missed a day trip on Sunday because my foot was swollen and hurt, by then I was in another hotel , I put ICE all day, I purchased gel that was recommended by the pharmacist and elastic sock to hold my foot tight. I also purchased Medical salt to soak my foot. Today is Monday and I’m still in pain 🥲 That’s not how I wanted to start my two weeks journey. I’m sure other people got hurt and never bothered to report it, Even if we don’t get hurt, we’re not supposed to be Trippin Every time you come in or out the hotel. Just by luck, I didn’t Break my leg or hurt my head. I hope that this issue Will be fixed immediately And hope that this will be the last time the Hotel hears about this issue. I hope that out of courtesy I’ll get a response.
