I want to praise the hotel. Excellent service. A clean hotel with a good smell all the time. Delicious and fresh food. And want to especially thank Karina from the reception who always smiled at us and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend the hotel! I will come back here again.

It was terrible. The food is for 1 star not more they have really high prices for the quality. They don’t talk English they don’t have good service. We always got the food first and after the drinks that we were asking multiple times.The stuff is alright they play with our son but they talk about us in Turkish in front of us and that’s so uncomfortable and rude. If you try to order one specific girl is looking you so bad like you said something bad. To expensive for nothing. We didn’t enjoy the food or the location. The hotel is beautiful but the facilities the food and the service don’t deserve 5 star or luxus maybe 2 starts would be better for what they offer. Really disappointed of that stay.

read this very important feedback if you don’t want to ruin your stay in Bodrum. my stay at this hotel was the worst since my first travel in 2009. It led me to even doubt Bookings for the rate it has. DONT go to this hotel is you are a couple or individual who want to enjoy good view from the room, turkish/ Mediterranean food, walking and see views. It is far from everywhere and it cost you a fortune to take taxi to anywhere ( 60 euros to visit the nearest place like the marina, downtown) if you think the hotel is cheap, it will cost you double for taxi and it can be higher or not even available in the peak season like July and August. I booked a room with the balcony but the balcony doesn’t not really have privacy as it is in the first floor and you can see poeple walking and they can see you very close. The food was very bad apart from the breakfast which is very basic. I was really disappointed from the location and the food. I had my friends that were supposed to join me but because I didn’t like it. they choses another hotel and I wanted to join them. So, I requested cancellation of one night so I can join my friends. The hotel was not transparent and lied to me. they said if Booking calls us we will refund you and once booking called them they didn’t not answer their emails and calls and when I insisted to answer Booking. they told me they answered them but they will not refund me. So, I hope my feedback will save you like I saved my friends

Beautiful resort with great staff. The pool is stunning, and the views are great. The food at the restaurant was also good, however it would have been nice to have some more authentic Turkish dishes to choose from. The spa was nice too, with an indoor pool, sauna steam room, however the jacuzzi you cannot access unless you get one of the services that offer it. Massage was good too however it would have been nice to create a slightly better ambience for the massage room (i.e., spa music, dim lights). Overall everything was really good and people were super friendly.
