The room was clean and a good size. Housekeeping was spotty and didn't even come one day. We had a lot of trouble getting a microwave for warming baby bottles even though we called ahead and they said they were available. Some staff members were wonderful but others were rude and unhelpful. The worst part was the elevators. There were times when there was a 10-20 minute wait to get on an elevator. I'm not kidding!! Twice I got a staff member to let me use the service elevator so I didn't have to wait. There are nice common areas throughout the hotel. Very few quick service options and no fast food in the area. I would not return. The elevator problem is a deal breaker for me.

The only benefit to this hotel is the location. This is one of the worst Hilton hotels I have stayed at. I normally am a strong advocate for Hilton hotels being the best and most affordable. No !! The room was nasty. The bed duvet cover was had several stains and was disgusting. I asked for a room change and while leaving my old room I saw the housekeeper just change the top sheet and leave the duvet on the bed. The elevators haven’t been inspected by the fire Marshall in years. The doors on several of the elevator isn’t locked/screw in place it shakes while moving making it feel like the door will open up while in it. The elevators have broken/cracked flooring inside. Overall for my visit I had to go to the front desk more than 4 times due to errors. Also getting to the front desk from the garage elevator should have more clear directions. Overall this hotel isn’t worth the price at all and shouldn’t even be considered a Hilton Hotel. I will never stay here again or recommend to any one.

Room was nice but the fridge barely worked, tried to call front desk and couldn't get a response. Only 4 elevators working so wait time was almost 30 minutes unless you wanted to take the stairs, which I did not being on the 22nd floor. The decor and restaurants were nice and staff was friendly.

Every few months I travel to Atlanta and do merchandising for my company, usually I stay at this hotel and when I do, it’s usually multiple states/cities. This time when I booked it, I booked the wrong dates by mistake! When I came to the reception, the manager Waverly was helping me. May I say, that lady is an angel!! ❤️ Even tho the hotel was at full capacity due to the game happening in Atlanta , she managed to help me, change my reservation free of charge, get me to my room and spoke to expedia people for and hour and a half!! I was there throughout the whole process and it was a disaster, but she did it!! Mrs. Wave had so much patience and you can tell she has a pure heart! ❤️ Thank you thank you thank you so much! This review is only for you Mrs. Wave! May God bless you and all your loved once, give you health and everything you wish for! And you need a promotion too 😉

I stayed here for a conference and thought the rooms were nice. I do however think the service was very poor. The first night I got into my hotel room I needed extra sheets and a comforter so I called and they were happy to help me but they never came to my room. I had a very late night and was frustrated but I figured they were busy so I decided to call again the next day and waited about 2 hours and they never came so I went to the lobby and asked at the front desk and (the lady seemed very frustrated) she said she put in a request for my room so I decided to wait. I stayed up very late waiting and they never came. I did give them grace because they were busy but I went on this trip with some friends too and they too said that they never received any extra towels, sheets, etc. I feel like they didn’t really care and the service was just overall not good. I think it’s a nice place to stay at but the service is very poor.
