Absolutely perfect choice for a quick trip to Atlanta! Every single person we met, from the valet to the concierge to the bartender, was so genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the decor is thoughtful and perfectly on-point for the roaring 20’s. Just a gem of an historic building, finished are both sleek and yet period-appropriate. Small enough to feel like you’re at home, but large enough to have all of the important things when you travel. I especially loved the hot chocolate bar!

Such a disappointing experience, we pulled up to the hotel to valet, and the man would not even help us unload our bags, we were staying a week, so we had a lot of items. They also don’t offer a cart to take your stuff to your room. Upon checking in, the front desk person was not friendly and acted like she did not want to be there. We had stayed here before so we knew that the rooms were on the smaller side with no closet which was OK because we liked the location. Unfortunately, it was downhill after that, the heat did not work in our rooms and we had to constantly ask about getting it fixed, we did not have hot water for two days, a pipe burst while we were staying there and the emergency strobe lights went off in our room for almost 2 days- talk about not being able to get a restful sleep. Also, the construction on the building right next-door starts at 5 AM and is extremely loud! This was not the hotel’s fault, but it is something you should know about. The one day that we actually ate in the restaurant for breakfast we waited 50 minutes on some eggs and bacon… Needless to say we did not order breakfast in the location again. The entire time we stayed here we only encountered one friendly staff person, and it was a lady who works during the morning, I hate I did not catch her name. Then, on the last day we were there there was some sort of filming or photo shoot that was happening right outside our rooms and we had to wait about 15 minutes before we were able to get into our rooms. They were extremely loud and continued to congregate outside of our rooms until after 8 PM. We were not given any notice of this. I always stay in a Hilton property and have encountered small things here and there but nothing to this level. This entire week was a disaster, a very expensive disaster! Definitely will not stay here again, and will tell others to do the same.

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff is nice and friendly, rooms are good and location is great. But... Valet is overpriced. The one night there was no valet, apparently they never showed up... and I had to park my car on my own. But when I asked the front desk to not charge me the overpriced valet fee for that night, they said they couldn't do that. Good customer service would say, we will take care of that for you.. not we can't do that. You know what I mean?

I had a great experience at the Wylie Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was nicely updated, which added to the overall comfort. However, the only downside was the lack of a closet, with only one hanger provided, which made it challenging to hang my shirts. Despite this small inconvenience, I still had a pleasant stay at the Wylie Hotel.
