We absolutely loved our stay there. The lobby is gorgeous. The ease of access to both parking and the airport is so convenient. The staff were kind and helpful. The remote for our TV needed new batteries, and within 5 minutes, an amazing maintenance man came to give an entirely new remote! Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant was quite poor both times we ate there. However the food quality and taste made up for it. Pricey though for alcoholic drinks. We will definitely stay there again

Mismanagement runs deep in this establishment. I stayed here for one night for a flight the next day. First of all, the front desk staff seemed to be annoyed to do his job. Impatient and rushes you through. I get it. Y’all from Massachusetts. Being rude is part of y’alls identity, but I don’t care. You work for service industry you lift that face up and smile at the customers. Then at around 8pm a housekeeping staff entered my room unannounced and without knocking while I was in the room. What happened to training your staff? Isn’t it common sense that you don’t walk into customers’ rooms like that? Especially at night??!! I’m a Hilton Honors gold member and have stayed in many Hilton locations across the globe and I can tell you that the quality of service at this location isn’t on par with the brand’s other locations I’ve stayed in.

This hotel is right at the airport, so it gets a 5 for business travelers, there is only one restaurant/bar in the massive hotel, expect it to be full… But the food is good and portions are large. The room was clean and tidy albeit a little bit tired. The check-in service was adequate, but not friendly. It was perfectly satisfactory for its function as a one night business hotel.

Positives: The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Negatives: Shuttle - where you're supposed to wait for pickup is not clearly indicated so I missed the first shuttle. I called the hotel to request another shuttle and they gave me clear instruction on where to go but it took over 40 mins for the shuttle to arrive which was a very unpleasant experience on a cold January night. If you start here you should probably opt to Uber. Check-in: there were only two people at the front desk for a long line of +15 guests. Check-in took about half an hour which is unusual. Dining/room service - you're locked into the hotel's restaurant. DoorDash does not deliver to the hotel and there are no other walkable options, so be prepared for that. Also, beware of tricky room service attendants... gratuity is included, which is fine, but they don't tell you that. Don't get tricked into double tipping like I did.
