This hotel really surpassed expectations! That doesn't happen often. The rooms were perfect. The Langham offered connecting rooms for families and even made up the sofa beds to look/feel as comfortable as regular beds! The pool/gym set up was awesome. One of the nicer urban set ups. Big windows, kid toys, etc. The staff were kind, warm, professional from front desk to both restaurants. The extra touches for kids surprised me so much and helped our stay feel so much more relaxed! We often fly in and out of Boston from Vermont and will eagerly return to stay here just for the nice experience.

We had a beautiful stay. We live in southern NH and had a couple of days to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. We chose The Langham Boston because of its reviews and amenities, and it did not disappoint! Service was attentive and kind. The location was perfect for walking to many historic locations along the Freedom Trail. Shopping was just around the corner. The sheets are like butter and they have an extra complimentary service that provides different types of pillows, such as scented or body length or wedge for reading, etc... The in-room coffee station is a treat. The rain shower head provides great pressure and the temperature does not disappoint. The fitness area was great with Peloton bikes, Nautilus, and free weights. And as long as you remember to turn the sauna on before your workout, it will be HOT for you when you are ready. The only thing I would have liked to see have more attention was the cleanliness of the pool. This was the only area that took a little wind out of our sails. The towels are huge and the chairs are comfy. We will be back!

Hotel was very nicely decorated for the holidays. Room service was excellent and quick. Room was very comfortable. But this hotel lacked great service. I had to bring my own bags upstairs. Many of the people working there don't feel like they're well trained. Loved a lot about the hotel but the service was a huge miss. There's not even a consistent doorman at the front. Definitely felt like one of those post covid downgrade situations here. Chicago location is much better.

Only arrived 24 hours ago but impressed with our first day here. We came up from Florida to enjoy our Anniversary and the Langham is perfect. One of the highlights so far is our concierge, Sean Muldoon, who gave us lots of great ideas, a mini tour of the property, arranged some dinner reservations, and more. The room is not large but is well appointed, has a comfortable bed, nice touches. Only thing I prefer to have available is an ice machine but I will say when we call down they deliver things (ice, pillows, etc) very quickly!! Looking forward to 3 more nights here and exploring more of Boston!!
