For the price paid at the hotel the room was horrendous. Styled like it was from the 80s with water stains all along the roof and venting with a rotten wooden sink in the bathroom. We were quite high up but cigarette smell filled the room at all hours of the day. Upon entry the lobby looks amazing but we were shocked with the room. You will pay premium prices with the shops downstairs also which is a given but worth highlighting. Staff are quite helpful particularly concierge and guest relations. Wouldn’t recommend staying there for the hotel though.

Beings it was my first time visit to Cairo the location was good as the hotel is directly on the Nile River for great views of Nile and City if there's ever a clear day to view 😐 ( smog ) The hotel staff was friendly helpful courteous The hotel 🏨 itself was Clean but is Dated for the current times. In its day it was a luxury hotel again for them early times . The Food buffet was tremendous introducing foods that I've never had nor heard of .

The view from the hotel is fabulous and arguably the best in all of Cairo! In the first room we were assigned, we noticed a cigarette smell and a few other inconveniences, so we asked the staff to change our room. We were upgraded to a suite! We loved every detail in the hotel; each room was gorgeous and well-maintained. You should definitely consider staying at a high-rise building while in Cairo if you want to sleep in. Otherwise, you’ll hear constant traffic noise and calls to prayers throughout the day. The staff were attentive and amazing. Since we were traveling across Egypt for a week, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel’s locker room while we were away. However, the breakfast buffet could use some improvement. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a good variety at the breakfast buffet, or even in the evening buffet.

Fabulous location and view on the Nile river !! Wonderful variety of breakfast! The restaurants are amazing as well as the club lounge . The room hygiene level is very high ! I was at 3150 room number the housekeeper Mohamed is very Honest ! Keeps the room always satisfied tidy and clean ! Highly recommended this hotel and this level as the view from it is really fabulous! You can see The pyramids the Nile and the swimming pool
