Service was outstanding and the views were breathtaking. Of all the Hilton properties here in CLE this was my first time staying here and it exceeded expectations across the board. We received a text welcoming us prior to arrival, and every staff member we came in contact during our stay was friendly from the moment we stepped through the door. Everything was perfect and as a Diamond member I even received a Hilton Honors upgrade. I would absolutely would recommend staying here if you get a chance. It was such a great experience that have already booked my next stay for Feb 2024 for a concert!

Stay in this location several times a year. Never had a bad experience..... Except sometimes several elevators are not in service for special events, which can be a drag. Nitpicking really. Rooms are always clean and staff very friendly. Had a small issue with our TV and RaShawn from engineering came right up and fixed our issue. He was professional and very nice. Excellent views of the city. Love this place.

We were in Cleveland earlier this week and selected the Hilton for our stay. The hostess at breakfast greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant. The waitress treated us like family. It is a small thing but honestly in 2023 is rare. We love staying here when we are in town. The room, service and hospitality was just what we all needed to relax and feel rested. We will be back!

5 STARS!!!!!! I've traveled the country executing major productions, live music conferences and company seminars for the past 15 years. I have yet to meet a staff and crew, more professional, more knowledgeable and accommodating than Jaclyn and her event crew at the Hilton Lakeside, Downtown Cleveland. To prove it, within the past 3 months, I've returned 3 times to work with this team. The food, magnificent! The decor, stunning! The friendly staff felt like longtime friends. Encore, the sound and A/V company, perfection. I can go on and on, but I'll stop here. BOOK HERE TODAY!

Stayed here for a wedding. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and extremely nice! The lobby and rooms were fantastic and the view from the room was phenomenal. The only thing I was extremely disappointed in was the lack of cleanliness in the room we stayed in (especially for the price). The surfaces by the bed and the top of the toilet didn’t look like they had been wiped down in weeks (see attached picture of how much dust was on the alarm clock). We also had no body wash in our shower which was annoying, so I had to use shampoo to wash my entire body in the shower. I really hope this is just a one-off situation due to a bad employee tending to the floor we stayed on, because other than that this hotel was amazing.
