Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Very understanding as we travelled with our son who has autism. Room was fabulous so much room at such a reasonable rate. My son absolutely loved the pool. Location for us was perfect as we didn't want to be in the city centre.

Had a great 2 night stay for business. The service was impeccable with fabulous food and great facilities. Used the spa with steam and sauna plus hot tub and swim pool. Bar and restaurant were very good, but what made the stay was the staff. I’ll be using this hotel again for all my irish visits.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The rooms have very nice thick carpet, very comfortable on your feet. The bed was a bit hard to my liking, and the pillows where of the very soft kind. (I stacked 2 and still was very thin) I know this is very personal. I was a bit chilly in the room, and asked for another blanket, which was nicely delivered to my room. You want to check out the bar across the street, nice to have this in the area!

Beautiful location, close to many sights, and not directly in the city - so the hustle and bustle is avoided. Not too far from the main train station, and only a short taxi ride into the city for more sight seeing. The restaurant serves great selections of food, and the wines and non alcoholic cocktails were great! Breakfast is a little overpriced, at 20 euros pp, but uts a buffet and you get access to all the cooked foods and the continental breakfast. The stars of the show at breakfast were the delightful smoothies made fresh that day, and the watermelon slices which were crisp and bursting with flavour! The steak was gorgeous! The Rioja was delicious! Spent way more money than I probably should have, but I have zero complaints with anything purchased here! The majority of staff are kind and courteous. Mihai, she is a superstar, and I apologise if I have misspelled her name. Beautiful human being she was! Sofija, was okay for a few days, until she seemed to go rather weird and took out whatever she was dealing with on my GF and I. Wasn't a fan. The pool could definitely be larger, and deeper, but it was okay. The hot tub and steam rooms stole the show here! The room was spacious and well equipped! Took a moment to figure out the different shower heads and how to set the temperature, but once you get that down you'll be fine. Overall, worth the money, and I had a very enjoyable stay with my GF!
