I had a perfectly lovely stay. Housekeeping was thorough, sheets changed daily. Included breakfast was comprehensive! (And good!) facility was updated and nice, elevators always worked. Staff was friendly and superbly helpful. Proximity to amenities was good, short walk to stores, pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, important attractions. Short cab ride to other attractions. Bar was nice, play list on weekday evening contemporary enough, not live music, but was weekday. I couldn’t be happier.

stayed at this hotel from the 19th of January to 21st then had to rebook due to the storm and cancelled flights another two nights the staff very excellent bar staff brilliant specially Dave on the front door cannot do more than enough for us. This Hotel looks after you very well highly recommend you stay here

I was greeted by the front desk when I entered. The lobby area is very nice. There was a small issue where the lady did not know that I had already paid, but she called someone over and it was quickly taken care of. They apologized, but no need as it was fixed very quickly. The room is very big and clean. The bathroom has a nice shower as well as a tub and toiletries. I would stay here again.

An very good option to stay in the center of Dublin. It is located just around the corner of Sant Patrick's Cathedral and of Dublin Castle. It's just a short walk to the city center. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was enormous and well kept. No complaints about the breakfast. The only small thing is that there is just one coffee machine, so there forms a line to get good coffee.
