We decided to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn at the last minute as we were flying into Boston Logan for a visit with family and were on the tail-end of recovering from a cold and wanted to give it an extra day recuperation period before seeing our health-vulnerable relative. We knew it would be far easier to keep our original flight arriving at 7:43 AM on Dec 22 than to move the flight. We arrived into the airport on time and had breakfast since it was so early. After breakfast, we called for the shuttle which promptly arrived for pick-up. The driver was playing holiday music and greeted us with enthusiasm. She was very personable and quick to get us to the hotel. We were expecting that we'd have to wait for check-in later in the day since we didn't know how soon the room would be cleaned. We were shocked that they immediately checked us in at about 9:15 AM and let us into the room! We'd reserved a deluxe room with snacks. The snacks arrived a bit after we checked in but given that we were there so early, we had no issues with that. Plus, it was a very generous basket of snacks and drinks which was perfect after a very early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ate an early dinner in the restaurant and a breakast the next day. The food was fine with breakfast being the better of the two, but the food was much better than some in-house restaurants where we've eaten. The reviews here are very true in that the staff is exceptional, the rooms are clean, and the location is fantastic with easy shuttle to and from the airport as needed. We were surprised at how affordable our room was, especially this close to the holidays. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the great stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. Hilton hotels have always been highly regarded and this one is no different. It's close to Logan and located right outside of the city. The staff was helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had zero issues with rude customer service folks, the room was prepared before 3pm and overall I enjoyed my stay here. The traffic was what it was and that's no fault of the hotel. Paying for parking is just what it is, nothing g you can do about that.

Would highly recommend this hotel if sightseeing in Boston! It’s cheaper than staying downtown and an 8 minute walk to the local subway station! The hotel itself was very well maintained, with a nice pool and exercise room. No need for a rental car either! The shuttle to the airport is also very efficient. We also encountered very friendly staff during our multiple day stay. We stayed on the top floor and were not bothered by flight noise. Also, a Starbucks is within walking distance!
