Bed very comfortable and clean. Room is well insulated from road noise (right outside) and there was air con. The downsides were stains on the curtains, carpet and office chair, and shower was a bit weak and very temperamental in delivering scalding heat at the slightest mm turn of the temperature knob. Staff at reception are friendly. Other staff seem to decline eye contact, which is alienating to guests. Breakfast was poor. Low quality ingredients, undercooked mushrooms and tepid in general. Coffee is nice (bean to cup) but tucked away in the corner (had to ask). Restaurant staff just took my room number with no other interaction at all, barely a welcoming smile. Overall I felt like a person staying at a mid-budget hotel. I chose it for the location which for me is perfect being next to Temple Quays. Car parking is plentiful and costs £20 for 24 hours Hotel is within the clean air zone so additional £18 for that as well if you stay overnight.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city.The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Everything is great at this hotel... The receptionist staff are the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door and helps us with our staying problems. Particularly staff name Subhash is very helpful and kind. All over having a great time here in this hotel.

Was a pleasant room with a shower room. Nice and comfy and clean. The pillows are rubbish (waay too soft) but they are in most hotels, and there were 4 of them so that kind of compensated. Location was perfect for what I went there for. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Would go there again and would recommend.

Easy access to central Bristol, rooms pretty standard Hilton Garden inn standard, good shower and large bed. Limited car parking area but able to get parked easily even when arriving late evening. Parking is chargeable and is £20 per evening. Welcomed well, no upgrade though as my Hilton honours wasn’t on file 🤦‍♂️ Didn’t use the facilities but bar and restaurant was busy so am sure they are popular and worth a visit.
