I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience is mixed. The hotel itself is clean, and the room was comfortable but the carpets were not looking neat. Also, I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the dinner buffet. The buffet options were surprisingly limited, with not many dishes to choose from. The taste of the food was also quite disappointing. Additionally, the beverage selection was lacking, as only water was available. I ended up going back to my room to order dinner through food delivery app. While the accommodation was satisfactory, the dining experience fell short. I hope the hotel management considers enhancing the variety and quality of their dining options to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.

The hotel is located in a quiet area where you can enjoy a relaxing and quiet time. To help them improve I would have to say that the lady in the reception requires some etiquette training when dealing with customers. She uses phrases such as “sure love” which is not professional when dealing with hotel customers.

this hotel is very good The staffs are very friendly and kind. We always eat in the hotel restaurant and everything is very good and the waiter bar men wally is very attentive and very friendly. The ones who clean are very friendly too and are very flexible when I ask them for something they do it right away and very well. and we have been in this hotel for a long time and one of them called Thomesh gave us a beautiful surprise on the last day! He has made some beautiful towel swans above the beds. The children and I have been very excited about these details. We are very happy to be able to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful. Located at a very nice spot in Ras Alkhaimah, close to the malls and shopping centres. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly. Nader, Natasha, and Lorie are always kind and polite. Room cleaning staff are very polite and efficient. Thomesh and Dhanushi always respond promptly if we need them to clean the room. Breakfast buffet is full of a variety of options to choose from. Service is excellent there. Mohammad, the supervisor, is very helpful and professional. He is always there to ask guests if they’re happy with their service. The breakfast chef Tafijul is the best at making egg dishes. Adeena, Arnes and other waitresses are all very kind and helpful. I am grateful to all staff members in the hotel who made my stay a very nice experience.
