Beautiful building. Well maintained and very clean. The vibe was very relaxed and the staff actually text me when I got in my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Will definitely be staying here each time I am in this area.

The people who work at this Hilton are very nice. I had the salmon two different times for dinner and it was definitely above average, even compared to non-hotel restaurants. The location is great! Their bed, at least the one we had, was very uncomfortable. Way too firm without any options to soften it up (we checked with the front desk and they only had extra comforters to lay down as padding). So my wife actually slept at our family's house, partly because I was sick during the trip, but she was really unhappy with the bed. It was in good shape, to be clear, and no one bed will satisfy everybody, but I definitely wish they had more padding on the bed or options if requested. And the hot tub could be hotter. 🙂 We will probably stay there again, because of the location, but the bed itself might mean we'd have to consider another place. But, a nice hotel overall, and maybe you love firm beds!

When we walked into the hotel, the lobby was light and airy with it's 2 storey high ceilings...and very clean! A beautiful 1st impression for sure. The staff were very welcoming and exude the spirit of hospitality! Everything looked new here, and someone told me they just completed a renovation. The room was beautifully appointed with a casual California vibe that we loved! The pool was clean and well maintained too. I definitely would stay here again!

My stay here was fine; the reason for the 1-star review is the $15.00 charged per night for the privilege of parking my car on the asphalt outside the front door. The “Total Price for Stay” in the reservation confirmation email made no mention of this ridiculous fee. Alicia at the front desk was resistant to reversing the parking charge, but with persistence eventually gave in. It’s junk fees like this that the Federal Trade Commission announced it is recently targeting. Everyone should refuse to pay fees that are not explicitly included at the time of placing the reservation. Shame on Hilton for deceiving their customers!

I have stayed here 3 times now for work trips. I love the breakfast, and the staff all seem really nice. The reason for the review is that every time I stay here, I pay for parking in advance which is included in my room rate. However, when I recieve my receipt at the end of my stay it always includes an additional $15 parking charge for each night. So, Hilton is overcharging me every time I stay there. Fortunately, I know to look for this error, but I shouldn't have to look over my receipts so closely.
