Not the Ritz Carlton, but comfortable and good location to run out and grab what you need. Air conditioning is great for the hot days! Very disappointing that the pool and hot tub are empty! Fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. That's nice. My kitten is welcome as are other pets! Great that!! I have to say that the STAFF is incredibly welcoming and friendly and very helpful!! Just have to ask and if they can, they take care of any problems Pronto.

I wouldn't stay here. There is no hot water for showers or even a bath. Plus they dont answer the phone. if you have a disability and service animals. They aren't nice and they don't have housekeeping if you have a cat because they are allergic to cats. There is NO HOT WATER and they think they can over charge people for it. They think they know it all and they don't listen to the customers at all. They also want to charge for service animal to be here. I have been here since August and since November 1th it's gone down hill. I'm surprised people aren't complaining about it and putting on the reviews.

My room was not cleaned well. No toilet paper had to ask for it. Linen was stained had to put my blanket on the bed . Found roaches in the room. Left the same day I checked in and had to get another hotel. Now very low on funds and I am travyby car to AZ. This hotel should not be in any booking sites

I thought i was going to have laminated floors instead I got a room upstair with carpet. The stay is pretty good. No complaints here. Beds are super comfy. Even my teenagers like them. So far so good. Not noisy, pretty quiet, great location. Not as many crack heads as there was before when it was under Eazy 8. This one is better. Upgraded for sure. Manager is super friendly
