Been/am here several times a year, with mixed results over the span of ten years. Most of the time, clean, spacious, modern rooms. Good beds and sanitary facilities. At other times, more recently, rooms were older with older bathrooms. All within a few months. Restaurant is mediocre, except for the somewhat higher prices, closed at 23.00. There are no alternatives in the area, and the “food” you can buy at the reception is atrocious. Breakfast has been declining over the years. Less and less worth it. Airport shuttle is free, but needs to be reserved in advance and nevertheless only goes once per hour. Airport is ten minutes away by car. If you are in Santiago for a short layover, it is a solid destination.

Arrived at 22:50 in the Hotel and at 23:02 at the Restaurant. They informed me that the Restaurant closes at 23:00. the only Option would be a Pizza from the microwave that you should prepare on your own. This is ridiculous. Every Ibis Budget Hotel has better service. Never again.

Very nice place to relax after an outdoors trip in Patagonia before starting the next adventure. It was great to have a place to do laundry and relax in the sauna and pool. Do be warned that the airport shuttle only runs every hour, and you have to call in advance to ask them to come pick you up at the airport if you want. I didn't realize this and had to pay a $25 cab fare to go four minutes down the road in a taxi because I didn't want to wait another hour for the airport shuttle after a long day of traveling.
