We had a comfortable stay but the hotel wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos and wasn't in the best condition. The value wasn't there especially for what you're paying. No complimentary water, coffee, or tea. Food and drink options were very overpriced. We decided to take an uber into town for dinner. Pros: clean, hot shower, big room, comfortable bed, free shuttle service to and from the airport.

I'm really happy here, with a huge room, larger than my last apartment. This is not a new hotel, as you can tell by cracks in some paint, scratched furniture, however, it was the height of luxury when it was built. The outdoor pool is currently out of season, but its grassy area attracts birds and has lovely flowers now in springtime. Top points for me: excellent water pressure, hot shower. Huge room and bathroom. Great pillows. Really it can't be beat for comfort. NO NOISE, despite the huge construction project only 30 meters away from my room. Staff is polite and kind. That's huge for exhausted travelers. Food is hot, tasty and personalized! Detractions: it's not a walkable neighborhood, because it's a stone's throw from the airport. Expect to taxi or Uber anywhere you need to go. Shabby chic, if new is your thing, go to the Marriot. I chose to keep my tourism money in Chile, rather than book the Hilton or Marriot, and I don't regret it. Chileans are professional, yet gentle, sweet, and helped me with my Spanish! Very happy with my stay here, overall.

They charged me more of the booking & they said a refund to charge me correctly wasn’t possible. Customer service at reception is not efficient at all. I won’t come back.

Was not too sure about this place when researching, because others had left bad reviews, but I am very very happy with this hotel. Had dinner when we arrived last night. I had the rice, land and sea, Very good. My wife had the chicken soup and said hers was good as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. This morning we had the included breakfast, wonderful! Typical eggs with a bacon mixture to put in with eggs that made them exceptional. Several choices of really good cheese and freshly made cookies and pastries. Get there early to get best selection. On our return trip we had a short layover. We tried to get bumped so we could visit again.
