Great place to stay! Although slightly dated, the rooms were very clean. Elevators were quiet and functioned flawlessly. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional, giving great advice and being helpful Every chance they could. Parking underground was a dream come true as the elevator was right there, and took me straight to my room. The entire facility is gorgeous, well maintained and decorated for the holidays. Definitely my favorite hotel so far this trip. Thank you. 😀❤️🥰

My sister needed some help and so my dad and I got her a hotel. It was fully paid for and everything. Upon check in, my sister was treated as if she was the scum of the earth. She's an African American whom suffers from mental illness. She is polite, but because she's homeless, people treat her poorly. She's unable to live with family because we live too far from her job for her. She was given a dirty room twice and when complaining about it, they were extremely rude to her. My father had to go pick her up after work and speak with the staff to get the money back. At first, they weren't going to, but then they did. My dad was treated poorly as well. A 76 year old man just getting off work showing up in his uniform trying to help his daughter. In this day in age, you wonder why people suffer from depression or unhappiness. They're treated poorly even at their lowest point. My sister needed help and in a very expensive PAID hotel, you'd think money doesn't have a color, gender, or social status. Not a friendly hotel. To be mean to people of a different social status or color after paying with a substance that has no prejudice (money),needs to look in a mirror and see how ugly you really are.

The over all stay was nice; but we once we got checked out and went to leave the hotel we couldn’t leave because it was 3 minutes after check out and the garage gates won’t open with out a room key that is still active; we had a key that the hotel told us would still work to get to our car and leave but once at the gate it wouldn’t open stating that our key was invalid for use. Because everyone has the same check out time not only did we experience this, so did at least 5-7 car loads of guests were also stuck with out any assistance. (When someone did try to help they kept acting like we were the problem when in reality they should expect that when everyone has the same check out time and all leaving at the same time that there will be a bunch of folks still trying to leave a few minutes after that to at least 40 minutes

$60 for parking in a garage for less than 24 is insane. I’ve never paid that much for parking in my life. Staff is not helpful or accommodating. $8 for a small Powerade from their fridge, but you can get a $2 Coke from the vending machine on the hotel room floor. RIP OFF! The room smelled funny and the ac unit was so loud I couldn’t sleep through the night. The bed was awful and had stains on it. Completely outdated and smelled like last people. Outside people are asking for money and look like they are on drugs. Does not feel safe.
