A complete service hotel. It stands alone adjacent to the Audi dealership and is self contained with banquet rooms and catering options, bar and various seating areas in the restaurant. The restaurant is open and full of light provided by the large floor to ceiling windows and there is great seating next to the bar along with a few high top tables. The queen bedroom was modern and open with separate seating next one of the queen beds. The bathroom included a tub, and a rolling door. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, nicely hidden in its own cove. They seemed clean and well stocked with coffee, cups and other supplies. The property is across the parking lot from a shopping mall. The mall has a food court with a well lit and a regularly cleaned dining area. There are a number of restaurants that all aren’t chain stores. Parking seems difficult when the property is full as it is on three sides of the hotel. There is an airport shuttle that is available, do schedule far in advance.

The building is quite nice and kept very clean, but you can hear absolutely everything. You can hear stomping/walking from above, showers running and babies crying from rooms beside, and people talking and walking out in the hall, and banging noises from the luggage carts rolling over the ledge of the elevator. The walls & doors must be so thin to be able to hear everything, which made for a not-so-good night.

We are 5 women who have travelled extensively through the years. We all throughly enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were clean and more than adequate in size. The location is very close to the Outlet Mall and has many restaurants in the immediate area, some of the restaurants are a bit of a hike but a very short cab ride. The staff here is the best. Very patient, informative and noticeably enjoyed their positions. Marsha, who checked us out was wonderful. It was a little complicated but she took care of everything in a very professional manner. All the girls at the front desk were great. The bottom line is always would you stay here again and the answer is absolutely.

We stayed here on September 29th, 2023, until Sunday! And it was an amazing hotel! Loved the inside! But I think that their rooms could be better our refrigerator didn't work for the 3 days. And the staff said who cared and it was very rude. But the pool and exercise room were very clean and nice! I disliked that one of the elevators was broken and so it took way too long! But it's a worth it hotel! And dog friendly because we saw a lot of dogs! They are very kid friendly! When we were there, the cleaning ladies loved talking to my kids! I have a 4,7,10,15 years old and also a 4 week old baby!! We stayed at this hotel with family so they could meet our new baby! And also I needed money because I live in Oklahoma and didn't know where to get money because who would know if you don't live there and so I asked the guy at the front desk and they said I don't know you can go Google it. And so if you need to get cash go to a bank.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and have all amenities you would expect. The staff were amazing, they made us feel safe and appreciated. Quite pricey but I had just left the Travelodge on the other end of town because it was a unsafe disgrace so I wasn't complaining. The only complaint I have which they have zero control over would be the location- a very nice area but there was a few trains and some jerks kept doing wheelies in the parking lot keeping us up pretty late. But I would definitely recommend- just ask for a room away from the parking lot lol!
