Really enjoyed this hotel! Front desk upgraded my reservation to a studio suite, being my first visit here, I thought the service was excellent and unexpected! The suite was stunning and would have happily camped there for extended period of time! Comfy beds, nice linens— a full service suite, would be great if a person was in visiting for work. Breakfast was great and also enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub! Thanks for the visit!

We are never disappointed when staying at Hyatt House Winnipeg. Rooms are modern, spacious and always clean. A special thanks to all of the wonderful staff, who always greet us with warm smiles and go above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. Even down to the little details-we notice, and thank you for your hard work and dedication. Hyatt House Winnipeg is our go-to hotel for business and pleasure. We recommend it to all travellers, 10/10!

Nice new hotel. Beds were very comfy. Could use another mirror in the room other than the bathroom. Great customer service. Breakfast was crowded but had all options and was very good. Price was high for a room, which would be my only deterrent from booking again.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in years. We stayed here four nights in October 2023. The hotel is spotless and welcoming. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel chain, and they even had a self-serve automated cappuccino machine. The rooms are super clean, large, and comfortable. The hot tub, pool, bar, gym, and common areas were immaculately maintained. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The only drawback to the hotel is its location. If you want to access downtown Winnipeg, you will want a car, and it is a 15-20 minute drive with traffic.

For the price you pay, you’d expect a cleaner room. We let the front desk staff know there was a big stain, it was still wet so I think they had tried to clean it earlier? There was another stain on the wall, dirt on the wall beside the bed, and the room itself was just in rough shape. We had a small suite and weren’t expecting the quality we had. Customer service at check in was fantastic. Young guy, super kind and friendly. Earlier in the day not so much, I believe it was a middle aged woman we were speaking with. Breakfast was awful. As a military family we stay in many, many hotels and unfortunately this was one of the worst for food quality.
