The level of customer service provided by the hotel front desk representative, George DiPalo was deserving of taking the time to write a review. When being transferred around by marketing and receiving the run around, George was found to be extremely helpful, professional and apologetic of the previous experience with Marketing. He was a pleasure to speak with and I look forward to our stay at Las Palmeras in hopes of being able to commend him in person.

Hilton Grand Vacation Club Las Palmeras presented a delightful stay with its wonderful ambiance and exceptionally attentive staff. However, our initial experience was marred by multiple issues in our room. We encountered a leaking roof that had flooded the room, leaving the carpet in the master bedroom soaking wet. Additionally, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, and the room felt rather cramped. Thankfully, the staff were quick to offer a solution, moving us to a more spacious and comfortable room where we faced no further issues. Despite the initial setbacks, the responsive service and improved accommodations made our stay enjoyable.

OK, so I got a lot to say about this place. I went to it at the first of 2023 with my family. Let me just say on the outside it may look ghetto, get inside it's absolutely beautiful. It's like you're living in our own apartment with 3 bedrooms. And the reason I say 3 is because One bedroom has 2 beds and that's the 1 I slept Plus if you only have 3 people, you can make that extra bathroom for everybody, your own bathroom just lock the Other door The living room couch is like so comfortable and plus you can play anything on the t. V. You can connect your PlayStation to it. Your phone to it, you're tablet to it. The remote beep may be a little hard to work with, but it's still amazing. Every room we got paid with TV When we went downstairs to the receptionist, they told us to have these ribBags and they said we could go to the water park and other things for free. But if we lost them, we lose those privileges Another thing you have to be aware of before going here is that you cannot drive with your own car or ride a bike to the water park or the gaming area. You have to call somebody so if you want it to? You have to go back inside and then go back inside of your little hotel room. Dial the phone number that gave you at the receptionist. And then call them so somebody can come pick you up And drop you off the place you want to go I love it so much although there are no beaches. Super super super close. But if that's not a problem for me. I just wanted to remind you ever wanted a beach closer. Because there are no beaches. Super close Overall, I would say it's amazing. And after looking at its reviews and stuff it has. I realized we haven't gone to that much in this place. But I hope when you go to there and you see this review. You'll know a little bit more about the place than we did.
