Location convenient if going to conference center. Beds are nice, but rest of room very dated, especially furniture. Can hear everything from other rooms and hallway, very hard to sleep. Rooms were clean. No hot water in shower 2 of the days. Light burned out over sink but they did replace when asked. Very long lines at check in. No map provided at check-in or in room. No info on services offered either at check-in or in room, so no idea if room service available or gym, etc. Hard to find self parking. Parking attendend not helpful when returning, parking garage not lit well enough and longways from rooms. Conference rooms are fine. Would not recommend hotel for staying. Hyatt is just as close if not closer.

Listen I’m in Orlando for work quite often and I may never stay anywhere else! Awesome hotel, top notch customer service & the food & drinks in every restaurant & bar we checked out was fantastic! My only complaint would be the weird $29 dollar parking? Nothing is posted while making the reservation then when you check in they hit you with the additional $29 dollar parking QR code. I have never had to pay for parking at any hotels before so it was odd.

I only visited the Rosen but was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the location, friendly and professional staff. Great eateries, plenty of parking with handicap spots. Friends stated that the rooms were also well maintained and clean. The Rosen is definitely a step up.

I planned a conference for my corporation at the Rosen Centre Hotel, and we could not have had a better experience with the banquet and event staff. My convention services manager, Kevin Kapke, was on top of everything and flexible with our needs, even when they occurred last minute. Many of the banquet staffers were with our group for all five days we had events at the hotel. Milan, Christian, Juan, Nick, and many others took care of us with smiles, no matter whether it was setting up our breakfast buffet at 7 am or making sure everyone had what they needed before closing the bars at the end of the night. They were truly there for our group at every turn, and as the event planner, I appreciated them for making not only my job easier but the attendees' experience that much better. I highly recommend large groups to hold their events at the Rosen Centre Hotel. You'll be happy you did!

We stayed here for Sonquest (church conference) for 3 days and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Courteous friendly staff from the parking/valet to house keeping. The hotel is well kept. The rooms smelled so good/cleaned. Nice decor throughout. Plenty to do on site, can do a nice stay cation here without leaving at all. We never stepped outside until we checkout on last day. Restaurant, Cafe, store, buffet, and sushi on site. Nice big pool. The meeting/conference and auditorium are very spacious. Very pleased and I will definitely be back for sure when in the Orlando area. Forgotten mentioned it's very affordable, great prices. I was too busy enjoying myself I forgot to take pics for the review 🙃🥴 next time guys
