I’ve traveled the globe and stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world. I’ve also experienced disasters which have been over advertised and over priced. This hotel is absolutely outstanding in every sense. A clean and comfortable vehicle picked us up at the airport and the driver was cordial and pointed out highlights on the way. The front desk staff was attentive and welcoming. They didn’t miss a thing. The hotel lobby and lounge are welcoming, not to mention the walking proximity to Old Town Dubrovnik. The room we had was well-appointed with every amenity you should expect from a five-star hotel. We dined in the lounge and the attentiveness and care exhibited by the staff was great! The buffet breakfast was robust with more than ample choices. A sauna, large pool, health club, and spa. It’s all on the premises. This property is a definite five-star. Kudos to the the staff and management. Hope to return and sending my friends to this property.

This is the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. All Hilton brands that advertise themselves as 5 stars should emulate the kindness, accommodating, attention to detail type of service that this Hilton staff has. The moment I checked in, the bellhop immediately took my bag and already placed it in my room without me knowing as I was checking in. The front desk staff member recognized my diamond status, upgraded me to a room with an incredible view, and quickly got me settled. The executive lounge is the best I’ve been in. It is clean, well stocked, and provides fresh snacks/light bites with a variety of alcohol choices in the evening. The executive lounge staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is incredible with a variety of choices with bubbles served. I had lunch there, and the sea bass was fresh. The turndown service with little chocolates was a treat. The local snacks and bottles of water in the room were luxurious. When checking out, I was offered extended executive lounge service so I could enjoy coffee before officially heading out to the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay—I have raved about this Hilton to my friends and family and will always choose this particular hotel when I return.

We've had a great time staying at Hilton Dubrovnik. From lovely corner room with huge balcony and magnificient views, to attentive and friendly service by the hotel's staff (especially in the lounge), we've been comfortable and well taken care off. We also loved food in the bar. On the other hand, selection at the breakfast and in the lounge could be improved a bit, however the quality was very good. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The hotel is beautifully done, building is historical and the decoration in the lobby as well as the rooms is very tasteful and warm. The concierge was very helpful. What was disappointing is certainly the bathrooms - old and really not at all 5 starts - sinks and toilet have black scratches all over certainly need an upgrade. Also for the price we paid for sea view our room did have a city view with some glimpses of sea. Value for money was not there and this room should not be priced as sea view - we paid approx 850 USD/night which was certainly not good value given the view and the bathroom state.
