Think again before staying at this hotel. We had 2 nights booked at the hotel and left after 1. On attempting to check out the staff did not even realise that we were leaving early. On arriving our room was not ready at the 3pm check in time, when arriving in the room it was dirty and had not been cleaned to the standard expected when staying at a Hilton. There was dust everywhere, a makeup pencil from the last guest on the floor, the room stank like mould, the bathroom had a broken tile, the room had no sound proofing. Between the bed that was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise every time we moved, the crying baby in the next room and the alarm continuously going off in another room and the light coming in around the door we managed only about 2 hours sleep. On checking out the manager asked if we had called reception about the crying baby as they would have called to room to get them to make the baby quiet, I am sure the parents were also having a very rough night and that was the last thing they needed. The manager did not make the checkout process easy, with us fully acknowledging that we didn't care if we needed to pay for the night of accommodation we would not be using - can't put a price on a good nights sleep when travelling. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The young Indian man that checked us in was absolutely delightful! UPDATE: While Hilton have responded saying they wish I had reported this, it was reported in person and via the app chat.

We had a pleasant stay in January 2023 as we sought a hotel near Notting Hill. The room was lovely, and we indulged in room service twice, finding it far more delectable than our experiences at some 5-star London hotels. The breakfast is decent. However, if wheelchair accessibility is essential, the breakfast room poses inconvenience due to a few steps after the elevator. The friendly staff is more than happy to help, though.

attitude is unbelievable, no understanding of customer service. they called us without logic. we were given the wrong room when our check in was already late. We waited another hour for the right rooms. We booked the same rooms but they gave us one small and one big room. Then, two nights in our stay one of the rooms were never cleaned and housekeeping were not accommodating. They asked for 8 pounds that were supposed to returned at checkout, they never were. Customer service is completely disgusting.
