We booked a stay here for 3 days and it was the worst experience in Disney. First off, there are hidden fees they don't tell you about. Walking into the lobby and checking in leads to a $225 dollar "hold" for spending money at their resort. Quite ridiculous considering that their room service for 2 people and a child to eat was $90 and that was just salads and pasta. They have an automatic 18% gratuity fee on every order to the room. The location is isolated with bus stations and bus times running at opposite times which meant that getting back from Magic Kingdom was an absolute nightmare. We had to get dropped off at Hilton Buena Vista Springs by a different bus that was not even going to our hotel Twice**. He felt bad for us waiting with a young child, so he took it upon himself to get us to the hotel he was not supposed to drive to. What a blessing that guy was. When we brought this issue up to the front desk the white female with a mask acted like she cared and would bring it up to the manager, but nothing ever came of it. It was one of those cover ups you get just to shut you up. Trust me I've been around service industry quite a while. All in all, save your money and pay the thousands to stay at one of the Disney resort hotels, you will be in a better spot with no bus schedule confusion, and actual staff that care about your stay. Check in was great and the staff were so nice and helpful. The amenities are great, and I especially appreciated the quick service restaurant. The best part, and what really made it a great value, were the shuttles and early park entry! It was also a very easy walk to Disney Springs. Definitely staying here when we come to Disney again. Oh and the view of Disney springs and the sunset was great!!! Stunning! Something to note is they placed a hold for $150 and another mystery hold for around $80, but they did reimburse both within a few days. Not a dealbreaker for us, but something to be aware of.

Had a great stay here. Pool and outside area is fantastic. Room was nice and clean. Check in was really easy and staff was friendly. Easy walk to Disney Springs and the shuttles to the park were convenient. Pool restaurant and bar was nice. Stayed in the Island portion and it was quiet.

Great hotel to stay in for Disney family vacation. They have shuttle service to the Disney parks, and about 10 min walk to Disney springs. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful! I originally was going to purchase Disney tickets on the Disney website, but there were some technical difficulties. I tried the hotel concierge, and had Jenna who helped me out with booking tickets. She was very helpful and informative! Restaurant was also great and convenient. Definitely coming back!

Great location, walkable distance to Disney Springs. Has complimentary shuttles ro the Disney Parks. The pool area is nice. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The staff throughout the whole hotel was very friendly and helpful. There is a whole to-go food area to buy quick food on the go at any time of the day, which we found very convenient. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old. They also knocked on our door at 9am telling us to check out which was a bit weird given that checkout was at 11am.
