For being a Hilton I expected a bit more luxury or something upscale. The elevators are the prettiest part of the building we saw. The free Disney shuttle was a major benefit, since you pay to park at the hotel, why pay twice? The valet service needs a reality check and some training. My husband walked over to request our car and a female barely acknowledged him and just said “yes?” I watched as she stood there while 3 or 4 guys were fetching cars and she stared at her phone. Then, I am trying to pack my trunk and a valet guy, in hopes of a tip takes my things I carried out myself (no use of the bellhop) and is shoving bags in my trunk while I am trying to remove things to pack it neatly for a 10 hour drive home. Now I have a nice big scratch on the bumper of my new car. The hotel restaurant was closed except breakfast. The hotel bar/lounge (Johns? I didn’t see a name) had very good food and was easy to eat at after a day in the parks.

Can’t recommend this property enough. Free shuttle to Disney and easy walk to Disney Springs! Sydney and Jazmin went above and beyond to provide our family with an exceptional Disney vacation. We have stayed on Disney property before and this was our first non-Disney property stay. We had the best trip of our 10+ visits because of this property and saved lots of money on hotel cost.

Great location and great accommodations. Walk to Disney springs is easy. Really enjoy Eric who performs his music at the pool and at John T’s on weekends, he is the reason to keep coming back. He’s great! We appreciate the hotel has him here for the guests. Food in John T’s is very good and they stay open late. Overall great choice for your stay in the Orlando area. Has a great homey feel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 2023 Christmas trip to Disney World. Everything was absolutely amazing, I really didn’t have much to complain about. Specifically on our stay, we had a wonderful experience! If I was to rate this place on a scale of 0 to 100 I would rate it 98. Here’s why: We were fortunate enough to check in early at 1 pm. Before this, we had a terrible experience at some motel near the airport and couldn’t wait to get out of there. After entering our room (booked a king bed room), we both “wow”ed by how pretty it is! It has a clean and comfortable king bed, a desk, a TV, even 2 sinks! 1 outside the bathroom and another inside which is perfect for us! Room nice and clean! It is really walking distance from Disney Springs. You just need to cross the street! The resort offers a coupon passport to literally all restaurants and stores at Disney Springs. We spent a day in Disney Springs before entering the parks, and we got to use the coupons. Location convenient! There’s a resort fee that you pay for the free shuttle transportation between the resort and the parks, which we are okay with. The shuttles are on time and easy to take! However, we did miss our shuttle back to the resort on our last day to MK. It was 1 am, raining, and we were late by 5 mins. Shuttles are convenient, I just hope they can wait a little longer on rainy days and be more understanding. Another -1 was that you don’t get to have unlimited drinking water. Staying here, you only have 2 bottles of water per day per room. I personally think is a strange rule given that this is a resort that has a laundry room, fitness center, and DVD rental. So, you would need to “buy your own water” if you want more than 2 bottles of water per day. But I’m sure you can work around this since water fountains aren’t that hard to find (wink). It’s just not very convenient. But overall, we stayed in multiple hotels when we were in Orlando, and this one was the BEST! I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to traveling to Disney World!

Mixed bag. Staff was fantastic, no complaints there. Location is great. The hotel is showing its age though. The room AC is locked at 68 or higher (can't go lower), and I think that contributed to the stuffy, musty feel in the rooms. The hotel loses a point for the ridiculous daily parking fee for its paying guests. The key card exit system for parking needs some work too - dunno if I had a defective card but I had constant issues trying to get out of the parking lot. Really appreciate the great staff, but I would skip this hotel on a future visit.
