I've stayed here twice now, last December and last night. I attended an office holiday party on both occasions. Every member of the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Omar, one of the waiters, went above and beyond when he overheard me expressing a wish and worked to make it happen! I wish I had gotten everyone's name. They each deserve a shout-out. The food was also spectacular (both years). I don't have a reason to stay at local hotels very often, but i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hilton to anyone staying in the area. Clean, comfortable, good proximity to the airport, and excellent staff.

We stayed on the Executive level and the online pictures of Executive level rooms all show a side chair in addition to the desk chair. I asked the front desk and they checked a sheet and told me that our room does not come with a side chair. The said they were very sorry and had no answer when I mentioned all their promotional pictures show a side chair. They did finally send up another desk chair. I don't recall ever staying in a room (even at much cheaper hotels) without a side chair. We were two people and with one desk chair one of us had to sit on the floor or the bed. This hotel does not come up to the standards we are used to as Hilton Honors members. Hilton Corporate contacted us and apologized for the situation and rectified the situation to our satisfaction.

Nice hotel to put up at if you are in town for a business trip (I was) and have some business in the Mill road area… nice clean spacious rooms, adequate basic breakfast options, pleasant staff… it’s all good. The furnishings and especially the carpets and curtains are slightly dated and would benefit from a little refresh to spruce up the vibe. For the rates available here, I still think this a good deal.

Disappointed. I would not recommend. -No breakfast included -Hallways smell like cigarettes, diapers &1994 -Stained sheets/pillows -No water pressure and no temperature control (I felt dirty my entire trip) -Tiny shower could barley shave my legs -Either scolding hot water or freezing cold- no in between. -Internet was horrible (had to use 5G my entire trip- couldn’t even scroll social media) -Not many food options near (Had to choose Dunkin Donuts down the street. Unfortunately I got very ill and was vomiting in my room the entire last day of my trip) DO NOT EAT THERE -Doesn’t accept cash (no indication of that on booking site) -Very pricey for a somewhat “decent”accommodation. I assumed it would be at least clean and accommodating for the rate. Pros Quick check in Balcony attached to room Employees left me alone (I prefer that) Will probably not be staying here again.

Pretty disappointed. If you need somewhere decently clean to sleep and shower this could be a good choice. Furniture was falling apart. Breakfast was what you would expect for free. Beds were clean and comfy. The pool was your standard rectangle of water. The hotel ran out of hot water right before I had to shower for an event. On my last morning there I needed to get rest before a 16+ hr drive. Check out is at noon. I had room service knock and come in 4 times before noon trying to clean the room. 4 times! When I had gotten back late the night before and needed to sleep for my drive. I'm was not happy at all. The place wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything more than adequate. Barely that on the last morning.
