Amazing location across the street from the SkyTrain which will get you anywhere in Phoenix. Also only a 10-minute car ride to downtown PHX or a 10-minute walk to good brewery/restaurant options. We stayed here to begin our bike-packing tour and stayed here at the end of our tour. Both times the rooms were impeccably clean, the staff very pleasant & accommodating. Shuttle service to the airport is 24 hours as long as you give the front desk 10 minutes' notice prior to wanting a shuttle. The hotel held our bicycle boxes the entire trip with no hesitation. Will be returning here for future trips!

I recently stayed at an outdated hotel with subpar facilities. You can definitely see the wear and tear in the rooms. The toilet barely functioned, and the overall experience was disappointing. AC was too loud to get any sleep and kept me up. Customer service was also lacking, making the stay quite frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it to others. Additionally the shuttle service is quite frustrating since we were told it comes 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. We were waiting at 5 am, there was no shuttle here. There one came at 5:15, but they denied entry saying it’s only for flight crew even though 60% of the shuttle was empty. Another shuttle came at 5:20 and they denied us entry even though it was completely empty.

A very old property in a not so nice part of town. Room decor was dreary and had a dank, musty, stale cigarette smell. So even though it's labeled as non-smoking, I could tell it had indeed been smoked in. The mattress was the absolute worst - hard. The TV was old with no Apps, so no capability to log into my Netflix, Prime Video accounts, to enjoy decent upgraded movies and other programming. No decent restaurants, stores or shops nearby. No nice restaurants on the property. Not a pleasant experience at all. We had to endure this for three nights because we didn't want to spend hours fighting with Expedia to get out of the booking.
