1. The room smells of cigarette smoke 2. The shower water in the toilet is very small 3. The soap is of poor quality 1. There are few people at the counter during checkout but no one can help. 2. The staff at the door asks you to call a taxi yourself, which is not very friendly. I won’t stay here again in the future⋯⋯
