I recently stayed there for the Chanel Cruise Show in the beginning of 11/2023. The entire hotel looked very new and well kept. The room was well pointed and decorated with the high quality items and furnitures. The staff was very attentive and detailed. I am not sure about the location because the pre-arranged drivers picking us up and dropping us off without problems. I would definitely come back here to stay next time if I have a chance to come back to Shenzhen again.

We do not sleep here, we only have eaten in the Japanese restaurant and this was fantastic! Every meal was beautiful to see and the tast was fabulous! When you really want a good lunch or dinner try this!

A nice hotel that has a bar at the 71st floor. The food was not bad, the wine selection may need some upgrade & update.

I have to say I been to many places and stayed with different hotel before, but this is one of the most worst service hotel I have ever been too. It’s a very high end hotel in both location and hardware, but the service is horrible. As a guest staying here for leisure between works, you are not allowed to wear your hotel slippers in to any other places in the hotel other than your room. I was ask to go back to Change my shoe for breakfast, that’s the most annoying thing that I have ever been ask for when you trying to get an easy break between work.
