We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic 3 different times. What we experienced each time was an entire staff that cares for and serves their customers. The Front Desk Staff, the Grab-n-Go Staff, the Cafe Staff and the Cleaning Staff — every single person we encountered treated us like family. We loved the Cleveland Clinic Shuttle Service as well. Very convenient. The room was the perfect size and the restaurant had great food after a long day at the hospital. Thanks Team! You were all amazing!

Very clean and nice hotel. Great place to stay if you are going to the Cleveland Clinic. Shuttle was a wonderful resource so I didn't have to worry about traffic and parking. Highly recommend. Also, everyone I interacted with was so polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and compassionate. Rooms could be a lot cheaper for patients that are there for a long period. Restaurant is great but breakfast buffet could be cheaper

No on-site parking whatsoever. Not even a "15-minute loading/unloading zone." There's only valet parking for $24/day - this is not advertised on the hotel's booking page; I don't even mind if I have to self-park for a fee, but that's not even an option. Listing "parking" as an amenity is false advertisement. I'm considering cancelling the rest of my reservation for somewhere else more convenient. Added one star for friendly desk staff. Still not recommended if you're not here for the clinic. Extremely short-staffed for breakfast during my stay, but really friendly.

Rooms and staff are excellent, food options are very poor. For breakfast the food options are limited to a buffet that is the same that you would get at a Holiday inn Express, with the option to have eggs cooked order, and they charge you $18 for those eggs cooked to order. They also have a grab and go bar, but the options are very poor for breakfast. Well they show a case various plastic models of breakfast sandwiches, the only thing you can get is a muffin or other breads, along with various drink options. There's also sandwiches left over from yesterday and yogurt. Fortunately the location is excellent if you have an appointment at the Cleveland clinic, but the local food options are very undesirable.
